The Golf Course at Hammer’s Glenn

There are only a few golf courses that thoroughly blend-in with the history of the land as well as enhance the surrounding landscapes. The Hammer's Glen Golf course in the North Georgia Mountains is definitely one of them. Designed by Mark McCumber, the course stands out as an example. The harmony between history nature and Golf is evident in quite a few aspects of the course. For example: the hole is being overlooked by an old farmhouse in par 3 17th.

Likewise, you must use another farmhouse for aiming in the 10th hole. The fairways religiously follow the original steepness of the land. The course has been voted top ten in Georgia's fairways. The condition of the course is very pleasing and the staff really works hard to provide excellent services.

The semi private has 18 holes. The white course is par 72 and 5609 yards, the Blue course is par 72 and 6368 yards,  the black course is par 72 and 7130 yards and the red course is also par 72 and 4781 yards.

There is a pro shop that provides equipment as well as repairing services. There is a driving range, a putting green and a chipping green. A practice bunker is also available. The rate ranges from 39 dollars to 59 dollars.
